Gestalt Sessions with Adolescent College Students: A Vignette of Gestalt Practice in the Philippines
Abstract
This paper tackles the current Gestalt practice in the country through the students’ developmental activity program participated in by adolescent college students.. The Gestalt therapy cultural milieus are also described through the vignette of extra curricular students’ activities in the various academic institutions in Cebu, Philippines. This paper also attempts to introduce the Philippines as one of the many countries in Asia that study, adhere to, practice and advocate Gestalt Therapy—in a very beautiful gestalt way.
